St. Augustine Pilgrimage October 20

The Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine, and the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche at Mission Nombre de Dios have been designated pilgrimage locations for the Jubilee Year Plenary Indulgence. Fr. Ramon will lead a pilgrimage to these sites on Monday, October 20 as part of the celebration of his 40th Anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood.

Itinerary:

7am—Bus leaves St. John parking lot (Be sure to be here at least ten minutes prior)

10:30 (+/-) —Arrive at Cathedral Basilica. Tour at your leisure, including St. George St. and Castillo San Marcus (tour of fort is additional cost)

(Please bring a bagged lunch or purchase one on St. George Street/Surrounding area)

12:30pm —Drive to Mission Nombre de Dios Museum and Site of 1st Mass in USA

3pm –Drive back to St. John

There is a lot of walking at both sites. Please bring a cane/walker if you need one.

Cost is $40 per person
