A Mass intention is a specific request for which a Mass is offered, applying the graces of the Mass to a particular person or situation.

This form is for requesting a priest to pray at Mass for someone. If no date is requested, the office will choose a day/date that does not have another intention. If you wish to pick a date, it must be three weeks from today or later to ensure that it has not already been chosen.
